NAACP Lawsuit Against Donald J. Trump, Rudolph Giuliani, the Proud Boys and Oath KeepersThompson v. Trump – I think its time to move to the full case name, the only know is the full case name of the lawsuit, therefore the lawsuit only refers to Bennie Thompson (plaintiff) against Trump (defendant), CourtListener states that the case name is Thompson v. Trump. (which is the incitement of insurrection lawsuit) This article needs to be revamped and add more details in the Thompson case. 2600:1700:9BF3:220:843E:7CB4:B014:18E9 (talk) 23:00, 30 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Comment: Pinging TartarTorte and DemonDays64, who nominated for RfD, to reply, in case to see their thoughts that the proper case name is Thompson v. Trump. 2600:1700:9BF3:220:843E:7CB4:B014:18E9 (talk) 15:40, 4 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
  • Comment: Once the move is done, revamp of the case name article is needed, theres are several sources, from news articles and websites that Thompson sued Trump for inciting violence, and then he withdraws the suit to avoid conflicts. Just setting the record straight after the move, revamping the legal case to reflect on Thompson, not just NAACP's lawsuit against Trump, Giuliani, Proud Boys and Oath Keepers. This also applies to several cases such as Swalwell, Smith and Blassingame, which is filed in the same DC court. 2600:1700:9BF3:220:843E:7CB4:B014:18E9 (talk) 19:54, 5 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
