After receiving a deadly blow from Kaido, Luffy did just that, and the true form of his Devil Fruit was revealed. It is not the Gomu Gomu no Mi Paramecia, but a Mythical Zoan type, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika (Human Human fruit, model Nika).

Change the devil fruit name back

There is no reason to rename it right now, because its still actually the Gum-Gum Fruit. In-universe it is explained that the name was changed, Human-Human Fruit Model: Nika was the original name.
