Sources for mocorito meaning place of the dead? edit
I didn't want to remove it because I saw some sources saying it mean that, but it was mostly English language tourism sites. The listed source in the article of Eustaquio Buelnal, I couldn't find anything attributed to him wrt it having that meaning? I was searching for 'lugar de muertos', so maybe it could be under another phrase? The definition of it meaning 'place of people who speak Cahita' seems more reputable and well used, I found it in a blog post by the Ministry of Tourism about Mocorito, and it does not mention the place of the dead definition.
If anyone has any sources for the place of the dead definition I would be interested in seeing them Cowlan (talk) 20:07, 5 March 2024 (UTC)
