Minsk City edit
Minsk city needs to be be moved out of the infoboxes for both the regional and raion page. It's been made very clear that Minsk City is a special municipality, and not a part of either the region or raion. It can be mentioned that it still serves as the administrative center of both of these entities, but including Minsk City's population with that of the region and raion is not standard for Wiki for special cities carved out from other layers of administration. --Criticalthinker (talk) 14:20, 6 January 2015 (UTC)
