Blind typing edit

This article seems very keen to tell us that blind typing is "practically impossible" on such keyboards, because of lack of tactile feedback. However this wasn't my experience back in the 80s, and in addition many of the computers which had membrane keyboards also sounded a click (through the speaker) when a key was depressed, providing auditory, if not tactile, feedback. Agreed that the article exaggerates. I ameliorated the statement from "blind typing is practically impossible" to "error-free blind typing can be difficult". —Lowellian (reply) 05:38, 30 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

I added a link to Tactile feedback, I had no idea what that meant. Maybe I'm a special case, but it can't hurt to provide the information. —82.33.137.16 01:27, 28 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
