True. and we already have Lü Haotian and Lu Haotian which both redirect here. See WP:ZHNAME for the general rules. This starts with "The encyclopedia should use the name more familiar to most English readers." If you feel strongly enough try WP:RM which describes how to make a formal request for a move (i.e. a rename). Nigej (talk) 19:18, 4 December 2017 (UTC)
