A note on QuainEdit

I've removed Edwin Quain from the list of presidents. He previously was listed as an acting president between Gerard J. Campbell (no. 44) and Robert J. Henle (no. 45). The reason for this is that I've only found one source that mentions he in the list of presidents: volume 3 of the 2010 Curran series on Georgetown history (see page 290). No other source I can find lists him as an "acting" president. He was chairman of the board at the time and may have "acted" as president, does not seem to conventionally be considered an "acting" president in the same way as the other acting presidents, who are routinely included in the list. This fact also explains why DeGioia is commonly described as the 48th president, O'Donovan as the 47th president, etc. That sequence necessarily discounts Quain from the order, otherwise each number would be one higher.
