Proposed mergeEdit

It has been suggested that this article should be merged with Railway engines (Thomas and Friends).

  • Very Strongly Oppose -- the resulting article would be unreasonably long. The previous character split divided 'major' and 'minor' characters, but further discussion concluded that a standard-gauge/narrow-gauge split was more logical and maintainable. (Also see further discussions at the WP:THOMAS talk page, where project participants decided the original page structure by consensus.) EdJogg (talk) 00:04, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
  • Merge abandoned -- due to lack of interest. EdJogg (talk) 16:30, 29 September 2008 (UTC)

Characters in My Thomas Story LibraryEdit

Although there is mention of Mighty Mac not being included in The Railway Series, he does appear in the later Egmont series - My Thomas Story Library

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Story_Library

As this affects more than just this engine, I'm not sure how this should be represented as clearly as possible on this page? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Capta1nForth (talkcontribs) 20:23, 15 April 2009 (UTC)

My Thomas Story Library is not part of "The Railway Series". Since its stories span both book and TV series it requires new handling (as you indicate). I see no problem in saying that a character appears in My Thomas Story Library but not in The Railway Series. I think that the "Library" is a significant addition to the 'Thomas' world, but it must be kept firmly in context.

reversionEdit

Per the comments in the article, reverted some edits that speculated about seasons past season 13. --RichardMills65 (talk) 00:27, 14 March 2012 (UTC)

Will Sir Handel speak?Edit

I really like if Sir Handel is supposed to speak in Season 19. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 170.24.136.190 (talk) 13:19, 16 January 2015 (UTC)

Will Rusty have a permanent lamp on top of his front black panel?Edit

I really like if Rusty is supposed to have a permanent lamp on top of his front black panel just like he did in the two fouth season episodes "Rusty to the Rescue" and "Thomas and Stepney". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 170.24.136.190 (talk) 13:23, 16 January 2015 (UTC)

Will Skarloey have a permanent lamp on his running board?Edit

I really like if Skarloey is supposed to have a permanent lamp on his running board, just like Rheneas, Sir Handel, Peter Sam, Duncan and Luke did. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 170.24.136.190 (talk) 13:26, 16 January 2015 (UTC)

DuncanEdit

When Duncan returned in the Season 18, can Duncan stay in the series forever? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 47.23.44.186 (talk) 19:47, 25 January 2015 (UTC)

Voice ActorsEdit

Some Member on Wikipedia keeps changing the VA's for Thomas & Friends and providing incorrect information to Viewers. I.e stating Bedella voiced Victor in the U.K. from "HOTR" onwards. I suggest that whoever is doing this, PLEASE STOP as Wikipedia is an information site not one for you to state facts for your own needs. MichaelCorleone7 (talk) 19:02, 25 August 2017 (UTC)
