Title

Can the title of the article be changed to Characters related to The Mummy (film series) since it's about the characters in the film series, not only the 1999 film. I'll do it if nobody else does it. Bib 14:54, 11 March 2007 (UTC)

Shouldn't the title be changed to "List of characters in the Mummy and Scorpion King series"? because the title only relates to characters in the Mummy franchise. the only thing to tell Wikipedia visitors about the article containing characters from the scorpion king series is the beginning sentence of the article. 15:11, 1 January 2010

Americans

Why don't we have the Americans in The Mummy section? Or Mr. Ha Fez (I might have spealt that wrong, eh) for the mummy returns? They were all very important to the plots of their respective movies and it seems stupid to have skipped them.203.53.167.180 08:54, 26 June 2007 (UTC)

• At least one of the Americans (Burns) *is* on there, and Hafez isn't the only one missing: Izzy Buttons, Lock-Nah, Terence Bey and Winston Havelock are all missing as well. There is a Mummy Wikia called "Rickipedia" where the missing characters have articles, but some of the main articles are still under construction.--140.144.38.191 (talk) 20:39, 13 April 2009 (UTC)

"Magi" vs "Medjai"

Which term is correct to describe the protectors? The Mummy uses "Magi" (and this is how it's pronounced in The Mummy Returns too), whereas in The Mummy Returns, it's spelled 'Medjai'. I do know that 'Medjai' is used in the flashback scene. ggctuk (2005) (talk) 20:47, 29 January 2012 (UTC)

The actual legendary protectors are called Medjay, though this seems to be pronounced virtually identically to Magi, albeit with a shorter a and the emphasis on the second syllable.

"Evie" or "Evy"?

In this article, Evelyn Carnahan's nickname is spelled as both Evy (six times) and Evie (four times). Which is it? (Anyone have a script?) -- Dan Griscom (talk) 12:18, 28 January 2024 (UTC)
