Removal of reliably sourced entries ? edit

@IronGargoyle: I disagree with the removal of the Charles Kalman entry since it is reliably sourced, it refers to https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_K%C3%A1lm%C3%A1n --Randushkesh (talk) 16:39, 21 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Then add an English language article per WP:WTAF, or at least include the references in the German language article which support the entry's inclusion per WP:LISTPEOPLE. IronGargoyle (talk) 22:37, 21 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for the answer. --Randushkesh (talk) 15:53, 22 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
@IronGargoyle: Please, check if this solution fits your requrements: List of Austrian composers.
Not really. I was thinking more about taking a couple of relevant, reliable sources from the German article and use them as references in the list instead of simply linking to the German Wikipedia article. IronGargoyle (talk) 15:36, 23 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
To expand on this comment, Wikipedia itself (whatever language) is not considered reliable, which is why you should cite the German-language sources directly, rather than pointing at the German WP article. Magic♪piano 17:04, 23 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
Just 1 more question: shall we insert the reliable reference visible to the readers (as I did in the above example) or enough to insert it hidden in the Edit summary ? --Randushkesh (talk) 20:00, 23 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
Citations should be visible (i.e. appear in the article). See WP:Citing sources for more. Inline citations are usually recommended. Magic♪piano 21:53, 23 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
OK, thank you. --Randushkesh (talk) 07:19, 24 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
