Le Palais de Cristal edit
There is no "Jules Cordier Clairville". The title page contains this author statement: "par MM. Clairville et Jules Cordier", meaning "by the Messieurs Clairville and Jules Cordier". Clairville is Clairville (Louis-François Nicolaïe) and Jules Cordier is a pseudonym of Éléonore Tenaille de Vaulabelle. The "book" is a humorous play on the occasion of The Great Exhibition in London 1851. That there was an actual "Chinese version of this lightning rod" presented at the exhibition, however, can't be assumed based on this play, it's rather likely that it was used there only for comical effect. I will correct and clarify this part of the article accordingly. Gestumblindi (talk) 19:49, 25 April 2017 (UTC)
