Serious over precision introduced edit

Wikid77 has introduced some serious false precision into this article with his brand new version of convert. Examples taken from the current version show how wrong-headed this approach really is. "over 3,000 metres" gets converted to "9,843 ft" when it's obvious that the 3,000 is rough to start with. Similarly "about 560 kilometres" and "400-kilometre" are converted to the nearest mile.
