Ŵ and Ŷ

As far as I know, Ŵ/ŵ and Ŷ/ŷ mostly appear in Welsh text. Should the top-right box includes Welsh language as well? -✉ Hello World! 18:42, 2 May 2016 (UTC)

Also, some other letters are language specific, like ij for Dutch, ŀ for Catalan, œ and Ÿ for French. I think it would be better if some small paragraphs can be included for them.-✉ Hello World! 18:58, 2 May 2016 (UTC)
