I was reading the section of this article on the federal lawsuits and became concerned that it was not written in WP:NPOV. In particular, it includes seemingly irrelevant material that a plaintiff in a lawsuit was separately convicted of threatening the article's subject's employees. Further, it contradicts WP:CONTENTIOUS and WP:IMPARTIAL with terms like "frivolous" to describe the lawsuit of Urquilla-Diaz.
I searched the order in the Urquilla-Diaz case, and the court never uses the word "frivolous," nor does it appear to criticize the plaintiff of acting in bad faith. On reviewing the source of this text, I discovered that the brunt of it was added on 28 March 2017. Concerningly, the editor responsible for these additions and the edits to it over the succeeding months, @Ahawk37 is a proxy of the article's subject.
I am thus going to pursue editing this section when I have time available to correct the factual misrepresentations in the article that are, by any reasonable measure, a puff piece by a proxy of the article's subject in contradiction of WP:COI (who exclusively edits articles related to this subject and Purdue University Global, its successor entity).
