COI?

I see a COI tag, but no rationale here. What's up?

Found it. The diff is here. I can see now that there is a potential COI, and the editor accused, User:Zoegolightly, seems to have contributed references that really look more like a sales attempt than real references, and seems to be the same person as the author of the so-called references, Zoe Golightly. —Aladdin Sane (talk) 08:35, 16 December 2009 (UTC)

Zoegolightly would seem to the Zoe Golightly who lists her current occupation as "PR Specialist at MSIA". This is the religious group founded by Garcia's spiritual guru and business partner, John-Roger -- wormcast 23:09, 27 February 2010 (UTC)

almost all the material in this article related to "spiritual warriors" does nothing to establish notability for the film or the production company. i removed it. a review in an outlet not directly connected to the religious organization would help. IMDB just shows existence, and doesnt establish notability. I would request anyone thinking of reverting my edits provide a rationale for doing so.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 06:28, 11 July 2011 (UTC)

I know that the news reports provided show screenings, but the problem is the source is from a branch paper of MSIA. we cant have dozens of press releases from their paper to establish multiple screenings. Unless we have a source from a news agency outside MSIA noting their screenings, or from a festival schedule (one of which i left in the article), we cannot include them as notable screenings. what we dont know is whether these presumably free screenings are attended mostly by MSIA members, in which case this is simply a nonnotable internal matter for the organization. I hope the subject of the article doesnt think im being unfair, but this material simply cannot stay here. again, third party agencies of any sort can be quoted or given as references. Note that i have also added material to the article, including appropriate links. This should show i am not biased AGAINST the subject, but simply want to build the article correctly. I apologize for not giving edit summaries consistently, that is a clear area of weakness in my edits.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 16:07, 11 July 2011 (UTC)
