Incorrect link for John McLean (the head coach who followed George Imlach. Points to the politician, there is no page for the Head Coach. User:Stmoose (sig added by PedanticallySpeaking 17:19, Apr 11, 2005 (UTC))

I disambiguated the hockey coach on the page you noted and added him to the John McLean DAB page. If you'd like to create an article on the coach, you can click on the red-link I created. PedanticallySpeaking 17:19, Apr 11, 2005 (UTC)

Washington McLean edit

I don't have time to consult geneological reference books, but wondered if this jsutice (who died in Cincinnati) is related to the publisher Washington McLean (born in Cincinnati and died in Washington DC) for whom the Washington DC suburb of McLean, Virginia is named.Jweaver28 (talk) 10:30, 9 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Slave owner edit

This WP article says that "McLean was once an enslaver." [1] "More than 1,700 congressmen once enslaved Black people. This is who they were, and how they shaped the nation." DouglassFA (talk) 16:10, 15 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
