Fair use rationale for Image:Jaguar logo.png edit

Image:Jaguar logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Noted drivers list edit

I propose the "Noted drivers" list in the infobox should be restricted to drivers who drove for Jaguar for one or more full seasons --> gives a list of Eddie Irvine, Mark Webber, Johnny Herbert, Christian Klien, Pedro de la Rosa. DH85868993 (talk) 13:23, 5 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Johnny Herbert has been removed here under an edit summary which leads me to a question. Does "notable" here mean "notable for the things they did with this team" or "drivers who are notable generally who drove for this team"? Britmax (talk) 18:17, 14 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Team Management edit

The article curently states that in 2000 the team was led by Wolfgang Reitzle. In fact it was led by Neil Ressler who was Ford Chief Technical Officer and head of Advanced Product Development. The team was part of Ford's Product Development organisation.

Neil retired in 1Q 2001 at which time Reitzle took over on the transfer of Jaguar Racing to Premier Automotive Group.

I was Chief Information Office (IT Director) at that time.

Should Formula E be before Formula 1 edit

Although Forumla One is a bigger series than Formula E ... it no longer competes, whereas Formula E is an active interest for the Jaguar Racing TEams Jdthur (talk) 19:38, 3 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
