Removal of lead edit

@Cerebral726:, how did you come to the conclusion the contents you removed was AI? I checked online in ZeroGPT and another checker (I forgot which) and they didn't just come low. They came 0% and fully human text and looks like a summarization of what's already in the body. The contents that it summarizes lacks citation so I'm not opposed to this removal though. Please see this archived discussion in which Ettrig was banned for these kinds of low-quality chatbot additions. Ettrig admitted to using ChatGPT, so you may want to be speculative of your checkers, as this was certainty created that way. I'm fine if you add it back after checking it for errors, but the subtle kinds of errors that they previously added are sometimes difficult to find, so I felt it best just to remove it as was done with the rest of their edits.
