A totally inadequate article edit

Swift and Armour were the two giants in the historic American meatpacking industry. The article on Armour is comprehensive; this article tells nothing about the history of Swift or its development, prior to very recent times. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.199.88.163 (talk) 19:11, 7 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Why does Wikipedia have an agriculture sector on the Swift & Company article? 24.22.115.31 (talk) 22:35, 18 October 2008 (UTC) 18 October 2008 3:33 (pacific time)Reply

2021 cyberattack edit

"On Sunday, May 30, JBS USA determined that it was the target of an organized cybersecurity attack" per https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2021/05/31/2239049/0/en/Media-Statement-JBS-USA-Cybersecurity-Attack.html – this article should be updated to reflect this. 2007 tender offer and 2009 failed IPO edit

Compared to the rest of this article, these sections feel very out of place, most of all because they're not as notable. (Why do I care that senior notes were due on New Year's Day 2010? Why do we need to know the address of JBS's headquarters?) Most suspect of all is that the IPO section was added by Magnovvig, a known sockpuppeteer. I was warned when I tried to revert their edit (maybe because I gave the impression I was a sockpuppet?), so I've come to ask what you all think. 2607:FEA8:3BA0:4220:B5:7C44:F9A8:AA3A (talk) 20:09, 15 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
