Diplomacy edit

To imply that Nixon's actions towards China somehow would not have been possible without the diplomatic moves by the ITTF is a bit of a stretch, to say the least. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.141.154.101 (talk) 17:11, 30 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

The book Ping-Pong Diplomacy: The Secret History Behind the Game That Changed the World, makes exactly this claim. It also states, contrary to this article, that it was Ivor Montagu who founded ITTF (as does the Wikipedia page in question). Overseasexile (talk) 10:16, 21 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

List of ITTF number 1 ranked singles & doubles players edit

It would be great it that could be added if there is even information available. I couldn't find anything that would go quite back in the past or be reliable enough. 213.149.62.98 (talk) 21:48, 5 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Competitions before World Tour edit

World Tour started in 1996, while ITTF was established in 1926. What competitions were there before World Tour? There is nothing in the article about tournaments before world tour. 213.149.51.249 (talk) 15:15, 10 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
