In the header, the sentence beginning "Innovative changes across the economy and society, ..." appears to have no verb. Maybe this article is just a foreign language text that was run through a translator? I would attempt a correction, but it would be helpful if the original author were to give some hint as to the intended meaning. Dj2r-wp (talk) 16:17, 11 January 2020 (UTC)

  • Took out completely unintelligible parts and unsourced stuff.
  • A lot of what's left doesn't really follow, but there are sources so I left it.
  • The Big data stuff is just wrong. Can't check the Korean source, but BD is about data that service operators use for everything from personalized advertising to goods pricing.
