Hospital on main page?

The article Jaffna hospital massacre has appeared twice on the Main page (see Talk:Jaffna hospital massacre ) but does not appear in this article, and seems no longer to be linked from related articles. There is a discrepancy between Main page appearance and article appearance. Either that article and the Main page notes should not exist, or the article should be linked to - that is for you to discuss. I don't test validity, notability or neutrality here. Lack of adequate citations
