Date of establishment/incorporation

The source cited does not support an 1881 date of incorporation--it says 1895. If you change the date, you have to provide a cite. The Oregon Blue Book says the date of incorporation is 1901[1], while the Secretary of State's office says the city was platted in 1881, which would count as establishement. [2] Establishment and/or platting are different from incorporation, which is a legal procedure. It's reasonable to have two dates in the infobox--I just changed it to reflect this. Another source (not sure how reliable) says the date of incorporation is 1854. [3] The Hood River Fire Department does say 1881.[4] I can't seem to access the City of Hood River site to see if it has a history section, but when I can get a look at a copy of Oregon Geographic Names, I'll change the article to whatever is listed there unless somebody objects.
