Wording is unclear

I have no idea what "Back references to the event occur ..." means. I presume "black" is some special biblical term? A commentator? A type of verse? Anyway, it should be clarified for lay-person readers. --Noleander (talk) 23:35, 30 September 2010 (UTC)

Howdy! I just noticed that the section "Revelation 2:14 implies that after Balaam had blessed Israel, he later went back and influenced Balak to corrupt Israel through seducing them with women into idolatry: "But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication" (King James Version)" wasn't backed up by any sources outside of the scriptural quote, and so I put an Original Research inline in the text pending further review. Feel free to remove it if a more concrete source is found other than a raw quote from the KJV Bible.
