Handeni Town Council → Handeni – The article is about the town as a population centre, not specifically its administrative body. Handeni currently redirects to Handeni District which is composed of the rural areas surrounding the town of Handeni, and is governed by a separate district council which should not be considered the primary topic of the word. Cobblet (talk) 05:37, 11 January 2019 (UTC)

• Object to speedy move This is a change in the primary topic. The current target redirects to a different topic, which isn't a stub, unlike this article. This should be discussed, as the stub is not distinctly about the population centre, since it is such a short stub, it can be specifically the administrative body. Perhaps a new article "Handeni" could also be created overviewing the regional history instead of specifically the governments. -- 70.51.201.106 (talk) 08:26, 11 January 2019 (UTC)

I'm not aware of any reliable sources capable of establishing the notability of Handeni's Town Council. Just to put this discussion in context, we have no articles on any district-level council in Tanzania, not even for any of Dar es Salaam's municipal councils.
