Please provide more information on what the granular cells in the various parts of the brain actually do. Given that the granular cells of the cerebellum comprise such a large percentage of the total number of brain cells, this information seems important. 69.140.152.251 05:44, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
Merger suggestion edit
A suggestion was made to merge this article with granule cell (cerebellum). I am opposed to that, as there are other types of granule cells that are quite important, most notably the granule cells of the dentate gyrus of the hippocampus. Regards, Looie496 (talk) 23:21, 18 April 2010 (UTC)
