Stub edit

Picture edit
What was wrong with that picture. I believe that we are allowed to have that by US copyright laws. "Commenting" on something allows you to use a small portion of it. One frame from a several Hour DVD is not stealing. Here is the file to look at. The image has the copyright disclamer on it and everything... Why did you remove it?

Article was awful, still isn't great edit
This article was awful, basically a copyvio of his press bio. I've rewritten it to weed out unnecessary verbiage and reduce the hyperbole, but someone with more knowledge of his career should have a further go at it. Wasted Time R 00:53, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
Worked on it a bit edit
I removed a trove of "fame and acclaim" peacock language (mostly plummy adjectives), added a ref on his family connections, and added a refimprove tag since this article is seriously under-reffed. Catherineyronwode (talk) 04:03, 4 June 2013 (UTC)
Gilles Martin edit
There should be a "Not to be confused with Gilles Martin" section added. Gilles martin has actually produced some notable records; Wire, Tuxedomoon, Depeche Mode, Indochine etc.
