Having now read the guidelines on notability, I believe there is a strong argument that Gameela Ismail is a notable person and deserving of her own page. She is well known and respected in Egypt and has a long history of political activism. I will take some time to review formatting of articles and then will update the article to better reflect this, so I hope a decision to delete the article can be postponed until then.
