Well, I can at least address the "importance" aspect, which I agree is "important" to establish before articles are created. I was very frustrated in trying to gather bits and pieces of information about European delivery programs from the web and I though inasmuch as Wikipedia is becoming the clearinghouse of good info, this is the place to put it all. Hope that helps. I am sure others will read the article and improve it over the coming months. Too bad we can't watch a "hit counter" for this page - I am sure you'd see that a lot of people are interested in it! Thanks!
