Etelä-Savo → Southern Savonia – English names are used for other Finnish regions (whenever there is one), so it would be consistent to use "Southern Savonia" instead of "Etelä-Savo". Moreover, the article was moved to its current name by BlueDiam without any discussion. Apalsola ^{t • c} 21:06, 18 September 2016 (UTC)
