Article name edit

Currently the article name is Emilia, Lady Dilke. I have never seen a comma in a persons name on wikipedia, is this intentional? If so, why? Jooojay (talk) 18:45, 28 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

There are certain specific circumstances where this is the correct form of a female title (to avoid confusion when another holder of the same title - i.e., divorced wife or a predecessor's widow - is still living; or between more than one wife of a baronet: cf the article Pauline, Lady Trevelyan, whose husband married again after her death, thus pro±ducing a 2nd Lady Trevelyan) but it's wrong here: the article should either be at Lady Dilke or Emilia Dilke. Emilia, Lady Dilke → Emilia Dilke – present name/title combination impossible: she was never called this. Emilia Dilke seems to be the name she is best known by. Move blocked by redirect page. Eustachiusz (talk) 18:33, 18 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Support per nom. The current construction should generally be avoided if at all possible. She was known as Emilia Dilke or Lady Dilke, but rarely would the combination of the two have been seen. -- Necrothesp (talk) 16:33, 22 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
