MOS:DATERANGE

I reverted an edit by a user who has been making a largely erroneous series of MOS edits. For a change, this one was from one valid MOS:DATERANGE format to another, rather than the introduction of an outrigh error but still, these shouldn't be tinkered with on the basis of personal preference alone.
