Non-fiction edit

Lest someone misunderstands it, Draumalandið is non-fiction in the same sense as Plato's dialogues. It is not a scholarly work in the natural sciences. Cheers Io 15:49, 21 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

PS: From what I gather, the comparison is grossly unfair to Plato. Plato, at least, thought rationally. Io 23:07, 21 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

This book is quite rational in my opinion... Vegfarandi 20:27, 23 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Maybe. But he is sloppy with his numbers, and one argument of his is what follows: Orkustofnun has published an estimate of harnessable hydropower, then deducted what is not economically practical and then deducted again, what is not environmentally sound. Our author actually mentions this, but then adds something to the effect of "should we then harness every brook in Iceland?". He may be a decent writer for children, but not for adults.

For the moment this Article exist in 2 versions on english Wikipedia. One Article with the icelandic title, and one with the english title. Since the icelandic title can not be typed on many english users keybord, I suggest that this article should be moved in order to make it more accesible for enlish speaking users.--Ekologkonsult (talk) 17:08, 13 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
