I understand that a professional is needed, but I am in need of some legal help and thought that this might be a page that some of those in the legal profession (such as law school) might find me and possibly lend me some advice. made some fixes, mostly to lead section

The article still needs a lot of attention (apparently this is one of several closely-related subjects in need of major cleanup). The lead is still lacking cites and glibly touches on contracts, torts (negligence and prod liab), and administrative law. Some still-obvious gaps include I.P., estates, family law, constitutional law and international law. Moreover the entire article could use review for a non-US-centric bias, which might be helped by reconsidering the current breakdown of article sub-headers. dr.ef.tymac 17:16, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
