Title edit
The article title is currently "Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht" but the name of the department is now "Department of Media, Tourism, Arts, Culture, Sport and the Gaeltacht". Shouldn't the redirect be from the old name to the new name rather than the other way round?
In addition, the table titled "Alteration of name and transfer of functions" clearly needs to be updated with the details of the latest name change.
