The airport is not listed as João Paulo II anywhere.
The airport's own website calls itself simply Ponta Delgada, and has no mention of João Paulo.
Template:Regions of Portugal: statistical (NUTS3) subregions and intercommunal entities are confused; they are not the same in all regions, and should be sublisted separately in each region: intermunicipal entities are sometimes larger and split by subregions (e.g. the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon has two subregions), some intercommunal entities are containing only parts of subregions. All subregions should be listed explicitly and not assume they are only intermunicipal entities (which accessorily are not statistic subdivisions but real administrative entities, so they should be listed below, probably using a smaller font: we can safely eliminate the subgrouping by type of intermunicipal entity from this box).

I'm confussed at how this Brutus could be in the times that are suggested here... This is linked from the Brutus that assasinated Caesar... if this is the case than this information must be wrong...?
Yes, the Decimus Junius Brutus who detained Mark Antony outside the Senate during Caesar's assassination was Decimus Junius Brutus Albinus; links leading here (and a quick glance indicates there are many of them) are incorrect. This article should probably be moved to Decimus Junius Brutus Callaicus, and Decimus Junius Brutus can be turned into a disambiguation page for Albinus and Callaicus. I can take care of that now. Correcting the incorrect links, however, is a more in depth project.

The references from Strabo, Pomponius Mela and Pliny the Elder bear no relation with the content of this article. These three authors were geographers, not historians. Therefore, in none of them there is even a mention of the name Brutus, let alone of him crossing any rivers. Pliny the Elder 4.22 does not even deal with Hispania, it is about Cilicia (in Turkey); book 4 covers the geography of the Eastern Mediterranean, the Black Sea, continental and northern Europe, not Hispania.
Strabo in III.4 describes Hispania only south of the River Tagus. There is not even any mention of the Douro, the Limia or the Minho, let alone of Brutus.
Pomponius Mela 3.1 is a description of the coast of the Mediterranean which includes brief descriptions or mentions of the rivers of Lusitania and Galaecia. Again, there is no mention of Butus

In 113 BC there was not such a thing as the province of Lusitania and therefore there were no governors of Lusitinia. The province of Lusitania was established later by Augustus.Conflicts with Lusitanians were dealt with by the governor of Hispania Ulterior (Further Spain)
There was only one governor per province.
Neither Brutus nor Marius could have been proconsuls in 113 BC. In order to be a proconsuls, they would have had to have been consuls the previous year. Neither of them was.
In 113 BC Brutus was 67. He was too old to be given a governorship, which involved military command.
