This is very good indeed, and I think you should consider trying for a FA. It meets all criteria pretty easily. Just some very minor points:

Reform
  • I don't understand what "Fairfax J" is.
Mr Justice Fairfax, or Judge Fairfax - it's legally abbreviated as Fairfax J, or LJ, or MR, depending on the title. Ironholds (talk) 19:01, 26 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
Struggle with the Common Pleas
  • "then the very attorneys of the Common Pleas boggled at them and carried all their finable business to the King's Bench" needs attributing.
    Fixed. Ironholds (talk) 19:01, 26 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
General
  • Keep the capitalisation of "king" consistent. Sometimes it's capitalised, sometimes not. Choose one and stick with it.
    Fixed, I think. Ironholds (talk) 19:01, 26 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

As soon as these have been addressed I'll pass the article. Aiken 18:45, 26 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Great, passing. Aiken 19:02, 26 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
