Evidence for the impact of the C10Edit

The section detailing research and evidence for the impact of the Committee of Ten report needs significant enhancement. Initially, this space contained a blanket claim that the report greatly spurred educational change. Primary documents suggest otherwise, but also suggest that its impact may have been uneven - greater at some grade levels and in some subjects, lesser in others. Will pull primary research to detail these variances. --Daveplml (talk) 22:12, 18 March 2013 (UTC)

active voice SuggestionEdit

I think the article can be improved by using the active voice more often. I'm reading a few uses of "there are" and "there is". I'd recommend using the subject-verb construction to identify who/what is doing what. Michael Powerhouse (talk) 20:28, 2 December 2015 (UTC)
