C class. B2 = no for low coverage. The first African-American brigadier general in the NC Army National Guard is a great subject for an article. However, I noticed immediately that his dates of promotion were not listed. This data (and more) is available in the listed sources and should be included in order to raise this article to B class. Also, Legion of Merit is listed in the infobox, but there is no mention of it in the narrative. Djmaschek (talk) 03:29, 30 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
