The inclusion of provinces discussed in the article in its current form is a reflection of the four-region system previously used by the Ministry of Interior. The ministry has abandoned this system, though, and to reflect common geographical usage the provinces here should be split into the central, western and eastern regions instead. --Paul_012 ^(talk) 12:08, 19 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
