Reported death edit

I've started a BLP noticeboard post here to discuss the adequacy of the sourcing given that no media outlet has apparently yet reported this. postdlf (talk) 16:43, 21 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

The blog post is clearly inadequate to report a death, so I have removed it. If she has really died, reliable sources will report it soon. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 17:11, 21 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
Added to the BLP discussion and have also nominated this person's article as an ITN/Recent death here. Shearonink (talk) 21:31, 21 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
Well, the ITN discussion has been closed. Shearonink (talk) 01:25, 22 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
And now the In the News nomination-discussion been re-opened... Shearonink (talk) 17:57, 22 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

New York Times obit here. Definitely a good source for expanding the article. postdlf (talk) 00:49, 25 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Day of birth edit

I noticed conflicted DOB dates for Carolyn Cassady, both April 28, 1923[1] verses April 23, 1923.[2] This article has the DOB: April 28, 1923 but did not have citation. Jooojay (talk) 04:27, 20 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
