This articles needs sources edit

Is this OK?

Non-commercial Reproduction Information on this site has been posted with the intent that it be readily available for personal and public non-commercial use and may be reproduced, in part or in whole and by any means, without charge or further permission by the Department of National Defence. We ask only that:

Users exercise due diligence in ensuring the accuracy of the materials reproduced; The Department of National Defence be identified as the source department; and The reproduction is not represented as an official version of the materials reproduced, nor as having been made, in affiliation with or with the endorsement of the Department of National Defence.

If you go on the official site, check the important notice on the bottom.

Unfortunately, that's not good enough. The licence that Wikipedia gives to its users (the GFDL) does not discriminate against field of endeavour (commercial reproduction is OK). Therefore Wikipedia cannot incorporate material licensed under a discriminatory licence, like stuff from the Forces' web site (commercial reproduction not OK). If you rewrite the article in your own words, everything will be tickity-boo. Indefatigable 14:59, 1 September 2005 (UTC)Reply

Non-encylopedic tone in the "summary" section edit

The summary section reads more like a promo essay from the organization than an encyclopedic article. I'm not able to rewrite it myself right now, but I wanted to leave this note with the hope it might prod someone else to do so. Jmbranum (talk) 02:08, 10 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
