Hello,

I've found a few more bits of information about the cows that climbed the monument! The problem is, I want to put it all in and I'm not sure its right for the encyclopedia - though I find it interesting! Can anyone help to distinguish the useful from the trivial please? ツStacey (talk) 16:53, 13 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

This claims same cow climbed it 3 times and died on last attempt (not sure its correct) though it also claims that monument now famous for this story.^[1]

Cow climbed monument in 1947 (made the press in the US!)^[2]

1948 cow (named Daisy) climbed it (172 steps) - Second time one of Mrs. Laura Betty's cows had climbed it. It had 2 feet dangling over the edge.^[3]

First cow climb in 1947 - pushed backwards down steps. Door was usually locked but had been damaged.^[4]
