Redirect vs disambiguation for new DAB station edit

The former Nation Hits page has been moved and redirected following SBR's 2016 relaunch; however, a new Nation Hits with a different format has now been launched by Nation Broadcasting on digital platforms. I have prepared a disambiguation page - similar to that I previously put in place for Nation 80s following the digital reintroduction of that brand - but putting this in place of the current redirect under Nation Hits would break RFM links (internally and externally) which may not be desirable. Is there a concensus on how to proceed? There is some precedent for relocated/moved radio pages being reused when a new station launches under the same name (e.g. Virgin Radio UK, which redirected to Absolute Radio from 2008 to 2016 then was repointed towards the current digital Virgin Radio). There is no other article, so this isn't needed. If it is made, even by converting the Nation Hits redirect, then a dab could be considered, although a hatnote is all that's needed per WP:ONEOTHER if it can be deemed primary. Dank Jae 08:01, 2 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
