Perhaps link Rector to Rector#England?
"Oxford University Library Services" redirects to Bodleian Library, is that the best we can do?
Is Librarian really the best heading for the year range of their tenure?
"He too was given the..." only makes sense in the original sort order. Perhaps "He was the second person given the...."?

Rector#Anglican churches
OULS used to be the name for the university's integrated library service, but was renamed in 2010 to Bodleian Libraries (note the plural), hence the redirect. Added an explanatory note with references.
Changed to "in office" but other ideas welcome
Reworded
Fixed, and indeed updated all the references that used OULS. No change of content.
