Talk:Berger's isoembolic inequality

Change of title

I am moving page from "Berger–Kazdan comparison theorem" to "Berger's isoembolic inequality". This is justified by the refs to the standard textbooks I have added (except for Chavel 2006, which does not name it but does attribute to Berger). Comment on previous choice of refs (of which there were two): the article of Kodani incorrectly states that Berger's isoembolic inequality is proved in Berger and Kazdan's proceedings article. This is contradicted by that very proceedings article, which gives it as an open question in the final section. Also, I have removed their proceedings article since it is only a conference summary of Berger and Kazdan's contributions to the book of Besse, and I think the five new standard textbook refs are both superior and sufficient.
