Given that this page describes a joint venture that is no longer operating as a separate entity, as documented in Reuters, Newsroom, and Digital Transactions, I propose changing the text of the article to past-tense as well as adding the following to the end of the article:

• Bank of America ended this joint venture with Fiserv in 2020 and established its own independent Merchant Services platform.
