The first font to include this letter is Đắc Lộ, which I created back in 2012 when the letter was still a proposal. I wanted to avoid the appearance of a conflict of interest, so I didn't include a link in the article. Please feel free to link to it. – Minh Nguyễn (talk, contribs) 06:20, 12 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
It seems useful to readers to link to this font so I have added it to External links section. Everson Mono font also supports these two characters, but as it is not a specialized Vietnamese font it seems less useful to link to. BabelStone (talk) 11:13, 12 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
