Just noting that User:2.97.164.205 edited the article in May to add a comment of "No evidence for this. "Animals" was a privately published magazine with no connection to the BBC." after the claim that "BBC Wildlife was launched in January 1963 as Animals Magazine". I can't find any evidence that Animals wasn't privately published, but Wildlife does appear to consider it the magazine's predecessor, per their own website. I'll edit the article appropriately. --McGeddon (talk) 12:34, 11 September 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]
