without Donald Healey's consent or approval edit

The comment 'without Donald Healey's consent or approval' is based on several authoritative works, most notably one called "More Healeys". I'll post some references when I can. Andrewa 04:45, 25 Apr 2004 (UTC)

File:1965 Sprite.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion edit

An image used in this article, File:1965 Sprite.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Other speedy deletions
What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

Use as Communism Escape Vehicle edit

Apparently (according to TIME Magazine in 1963), a Sprite was used in a couple of escapes from East Berlin in 1963, by Heinz Meixner and Norbert Konrad:

If someone can dig up some better sourcing, that might be a good addition to the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.221.173.239 (talk) 23:21, 11 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
